Grand Opening planned for November 2016!
Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry is excited to announce its fifth pediatric dentist office location to open at the Waverly Development in South Charlotte. This new children’s dentist office will be located in Waverly, a master planned development by Crosland Southeast and Childress Klein. The property is conveniently located at the intersection of Providence Road and Ardrey Kell Road.
Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry is a dental practice dedicated to serving the children of the greater Charlotte area for over twenty-five years. This new kid’s dentist office in South Charlotte is an opportunity to serve new and existing patients in one of the fastest growing areas of Charlotte. The other Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry offices are located in Cotswold, Davidson, University, and the recently opened children’s dentist office in Gastonia.
Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry will occupy a portion of the second floor in Waverly’s Second Medical Office Building (MOB II). The building developed by Crosland Southeast and Childress Klein will be owned by Horizon Eye Care which is taking the entire first floor.

Construction of the Waverly MOB II is slated for completion at the end of July. If plans remain on schedule, Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry will open their new children’s dentist office in November 2016, at which time the new address will be: 11835 Southmore Dr., Charlotte, NC, 28277.
